Agreeing to These Terms

By using Dish with Emma, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve written them in normal English instead of confusing legal jargon, but they’re still legally binding.

Don’t agree? We’d rather you didn’t use our site. But hopefully you do agree, because we’d love to have you here!

Using Our Recipes & Content

Cook Away!

Personal use: Make our recipes for yourself, family, friends, dinner parties – anyone you want to feed. Cook with joy!

Share links: Post links to our recipes on social media, blogs, or emails. We love when you share the cooking love!

Don’t copy-paste: Please don’t republish our complete recipes elsewhere as your own. A brief description with a link back to the full recipe works perfectly.

Adapt freely: Change our recipes for your needs – different ingredients, dietary modifications, personal tweaks. If you share modified versions online, a mention that you started with our recipe is appreciated.

Commercial use: Restaurants, catering businesses, or commercial kitchens wanting to use our recipes? Email [email protected] first. We’re usually happy to work something out.

Our Articles & Content

Brief quotes: Share a paragraph or two with proper attribution and a link back. Great for discussions or social sharing.

No full republishing: Don’t copy our entire articles, guides, or blog posts to other sites. We need traffic to our site to keep creating free content.

Our photos: Recipe and food photos are our original work. Don’t use them without permission. Made one of our recipes? Share YOUR photo – we love that!

Community Participation

Comments welcome: Your feedback, reviews, and recipe results make our content better.

Usage rights: By posting comments or emailing feedback, you’re giving us permission to use them on our site and marketing. We’ll always credit you.

Stay kind: Keep comments helpful and appropriate. We’ll remove spam, inappropriate content, or unkind remarks.

Share your photos: Email us pictures of what you’ve cooked! We might ask to share them on social media with your permission and full credit.
