Our Response Schedule

We don’t have traditional office hours (we’re usually covered in flour), but here’s what to expect:

Monday-Friday: 24-48 hour response time
Weekends: We take family time, but we’ll respond by Monday
Holidays: Might take an extra day or two

Recipe Emergencies: Making something for a special occasion and it’s going wrong? Put “URGENT RECIPE HELP” in your subject line. We check email more frequently and will prioritize these!

Common Questions

Absolutely! While we create recipes for all types of eaters, we’re happy to suggest modifications for allergies, preferences, and restrictions.

Yes! Emma and Sarah personally read and respond to every message. During busy testing periods, responses might take a few days, but we WILL get back to you.

We love when people share! Please include a brief description with your own photo, then link to the full recipe on our site.
